If you need a copy of a journal entry related to a specific notarization, you are entitled to a copy provided you must supply, in writing, the following information for each notarization:
- Name of the party whose signature was notarized
- Type of document notarized
- Month and year the document was notarized
If more than one party had their signature notarized on the same document, and you want copies of all the entries, you must provide the name of each individual. Copies will only be sent for the individual(s) mentioned, if their names match.
You will receive a written response withing fifteen (15) business days. If your request matches an entry in my journals, you will receive a certified copy of that entry. If your request does not match, you will receive a letter indicating that no such entry exists.
The fee for this service is $0.30 per copy. If you require multiple certified copies, you must indicate this in your request. If a single document had two signatures notarized, that constitutes two copies, not one.
