Mobile Notary Public services through High Desert Notary are generally available in the western portion of the High Desert/Antelope Valley areas, including portions of Los Angeles, Kern and San Bernardino counties. Travel fees apply for mobile service and are based on a combination of travel distance and time. Services are not available on Edwards Air Force Base itself, but I can meet you outside any of the gates if the Base's Legal Office is closed or there are no appointments available.
