Payment Terms

Payment for services may be done with CASH or via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Checks are not accepted, except for established businesses on account or from attorney accounts.

 

Scan and Printing Fees

If you would like for me to print documents and hand carry them to the signer(s), package, ship or deliver by hand, the following fees apply for general notarizations only as listed above. All documents are printed on high quality laser printers (not ink jet!) and I can handle both letter and legal size documents. Duplexing (2-sided) is also supported, but counts as 2 pages. This is common for attorneys and other similar businesses who have clients in my area who cannot travel to their office or have time sensitive documents.

Please note: If you are sending documents by email for me to print and carry for a local notarization, I require payment up front for the entire job.

Also note: If you need me to notarize a signature on a document, I can only print it out for you. I cannot prepare it, nor fill it out in anyway. It must be ready to print and sign. If your signer needs to fill out a form or paperwork in addition to signing, I can pass on your request or instructions, but I cannot advise them in anyway. If your document is lacking notarial wording, that's fine. If your signer will require more than 15 minutes to fill out paperwork, a wait fee will apply, or I can return at a later time when the paperwork is ready. In those cases a document delivery fee will apply equal to the appropriate travel fee plus $5.00 for handling.
